Denim on Denim

I told myself every Sunday (or every other) I will take the time to pick someone who has there own unique and different style and this Sunday I got to work with:
Mia Solomon
She is a lover for fashion and has her own youtube channel:

Denim Button up Top - Thrift Shop
Denim Distress Short - Thrift Shop (Distressed by Her)
Thigh High Boots - A'gaci
Diamond Choker - A'gaci
90's baby Hat - A'gaci

Shooting Mia was so fun and she decided to rock the
Denim on Denim w/ the knee high boots
Denim is definitely not a trend, it has been around forever and every era we tend to either vamp it up or keep it simple. Whether its a distressed pant or a denim skirt. It will never be played out and why should it be, it's timeless.
Then there is the knee high boots which is everywhere, which every girl should have a pair. Even if you don't live in an area where it gets cold. Take it from me...We live in South FL.

Interview with Mia:
 1. What made you come up with this look?
- I got the inspiration from Rihanna, her over sized look. The parking garage background gave me "denim on denim edgy street vibe."
2. Describe your style?
- My style can change from glamorous to grunge to straight vintage tomboy. I love to switch it up.
3. Are you a lover of denim?
- Honestly, I love denim but I don't wear to much of it because I personally cant find nice fitted denim. I'm glad this denim on denim style came out great.
4. Does other people's opinion affect how you dress?
-  Other people opinions can affect my style. I try to let it affect it positively not negatively
5. What's fashion to you?
- Fashion to me is a reflection of your personality but creatively. Tell a story through your style.

Georgia Love'n

Sooo I recently went to ATL and it was so much fun.
I went for a concert and also to visit my brother, leaving him made me cry my eyes out.
Driving in GA was horrible...I mean the roads and the hills were to much for me to handle but the experience was definitely worth the lies to my parents.
I don't belive in lying to my parents but I'm young and you only live once.
The scenery was awesome I would love to live there one day.

To Love or Not To LOVE....That is the question

This post is going to be a bit random...but I'm a random person.
"Relationships"
We have all been in one and it doesn't matter how long you were with that person or the race of the person, relationships are hard.
I have been in long relationships and I felt like every relationship I'm in I always find a way to argue with the person, even in the current relationship that I am in.
I feel like I'm always chasing the perfect relationship like The Bill Cosby show with "Cliff & Claire Huxtable", or a Cinderella story that really doesn't exist.

I think that movies, shows, and the media gives us this idea that relationships are supposed to be perfect, and you don't argue or fight with your partner. You have kids, and a house with a white picket fence and everything is perfect.
Me and my boyfriend fight like cats and dogs and I'm starting to think that we aren't made for each other but all relationships are hard and if you love someone you should always try.
RIGHT?!? (LOL)
One of my favorite fashion icon and TV couple:
Carrie and Mr. Bigg

They had a rough relationship but they got married in the end at that stupid courthouse.
(I liked the big wedding idea)
The point of my rant is that no relationship is perfect and if you love your man or your gal, fight for the relationship.

GQ Fresh

#FreshFace Friday.
Summer in FL always sucks because its so hot. I plan on doing a look book for swimsuits, all kinds, so be on a look out for that. For this post I met 2 guys who's style was insanely rebellious. I think mens' fashion has been constantly evolving and the guys who decide to step out and be different are sometimes called gay or weird. Like Russell Westbrook, and many other guys:
I wanted to take the time on Fridays to find people who just have incredible style and post them on the blog.

The first guy is Tyler and I loved his style. The green army jacket complimented his whole outfit and it was 90 degrees outside that day (god bless his armpits lol) and the shoes were the icing on the cake. His outfit is all affordable and can be found at Forever21 Men.

The next guy his outfit was more street wear, he had colored fitted jeans which I think every guy should gave in either black or kacky and topped his pants off with a jean button u washed out denim shirt. The chain around his neck he added to rings on it. Very simple but it was a laid back well put together outfit. I didn't get enough pictures I liked of him, Sorry =(
